Green Light Worldwide is currently looking for a highly skilled Azure Application Migration Consultant to join our delivery team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Azure Application Migration Consultant to join a team delivering a transformative cloud-hosted platform for a key customer.
The Azure Application Migration Consultant should have a proven track record in leading and delivering Azure solutions with enterprise-level organisations.

The Azure Application Migration Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based solutions for enterprise clients.
The Azure Application Migration Consultant should have significant development experience and an understanding of Microsoft's cloud strategy.

Responsibilities: Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and use business, technology, and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints.
Demonstrate expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud.
Drive and support innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform.
Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer.
Identify business and technical risks in programs, assess their impact and propose mitigations and contingencies.
Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues.
Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products, and tools and develop project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for the project.

Requirements: Must have an NV1 Federal Security Clearance or Higher.
Need to have a deep technical background with 7+ years of technology-related experience, along with 3+ years of Microsoft Azure experience (Experience on AWS or GCP will be an added advantage).
Require in-depth expertise in at least one of the following functional areas:
Designing and implementing private, public and/or hybrid cloud solutions.
Designing, implementing, and securing resources in Azure.
Designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones.
Knowledge of or an interest in one or more of the following: Azure PowerShell, CLI, Visual Studio, Python, Ruby, ARM or Terraform.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Infra-as-Code (IaC).
