Hands on management and thorough onboarding process, the onboarding process is spent with the Education Leader and supporting each room to get a great feel for the centre Work for a centre ensures they are constantly investing in resources both for the centre and for educators learnings Full time role with the option of a fortnightly RDO Opportunity to work over Christmas and get to know the centre or start in the New Year The Role Your role will be as a Working Towards or fully qualified Certificate III or Diploma Educator and you will be responsible to: Implement play based educational programs in the room allowing freedom to explore as well as guide children through planned experiences.
Work closely with the Centre Director and off floor management team to lead and guide other educators to provide the best learning outcome for children.

About you To be successful in this position you must have: Studying towards the below qualifications and must commit to completing the traineeship within 18 months - these roles will be paid as an unqualified Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR an ACECQA equivalent qualification A current Working with Children's Check Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain If you wish to apply for this role please do so via the website or email your resume directly to ****** Tel: 0407 977 819 Not for you?
