Business Partner For Building Company/National Licensing Opportunities Construction Building Company Opportunity With National Licensing Potential I am a Registered Building Practitioner with building licenses in NSW, WA, SA, VIC, and ACT, seeking a partnership opportunity with a building company requiring a nominated practitioner to fulfill licensing requirements or with an experienced business partner in the housing or commercial construction industry.
I offer the unique opportunity to grow a construction firm with the scope to achieve national licensing, backed by my extensive experience and multiple state licenses.
This makes me an ideal partner for a construction company looking to expand across states and take advantage of the flexibility and reach that I provide.
While I will not take on a director or member role (except in Victoria where being a Director is required), I am available as an employee for licensing purposes.
I am open to working with various types of building companies, including residential home builders, Tier 2/3 commercial builders, or interior commercial fit-out companies.
This opportunity is well-suited for an entrepreneurial individual or team with experience in managing the operations of a project home builder or low to mid-tier commercial company.
I bring strong expertise in construction project management software, enabling efficient planning, tracking, and execution of projects, which is crucial for growth and operational excellence.
My role would not involve day-to-day operations, as site supervision would be handled by employed site supervisors, but I will always be on hand to ensure the company meets licensing, supervisory, legal, HR, and insurance obligations.
Transparency is a must, as my licenses are crucial assets, and it is important they are not jeopardized.
I will manage regulatory compliance, insurances, and contribute to the company's management to maintain adherence to licensing requirements.
My remuneration expectations are competitive, with a focus on building a long-term business relationship.
