Motor Claims Consultant

MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be recruiting an Claims Consultant to join a leading provider of insurance solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a knack for adapting to challenging situations, has passion for customer service, and a strong background in claims management.
As a Claims Consultant , you will play a key role in handling claims effectively with the goal of earning trust and confidence in the markets that the company serves.

Opportunities for career growth and professional development within the organisation Health and wellbeing programs This role will include, but not limited to: Manage a portfolio of 300-350 motor claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processing Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
