We are proud to serve those who serve Australia.Your new roleAs a Member Education Consultant, you will be working collaboratively within a diverse team who aims to provide information and general advice to help members develop the knowledge and skills to confidently manage their superannuation.Your role will be instrumental in making superannuation knowledge accessible and straightforward for our members.
This includes delivering information directly to members at their workplaces, including military bases, through educational workshops, general information sessions, one-on-one consultations and webinars.
You'll also connect with members through online services and provide a range of support services designed to help employers communicate these benefits effectively.If you have a strong understanding of superannuation, excellent communication skills, and a customer first approach, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in our members' lives.Please note: CSC supports a flexible approach to work.
