You'll ensure all necessary paperwork is meticulously completed.
By establishing a genuine connection and understanding with our guests, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a standout experience.Collaborating closely with our resort operations team, you'll ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in process and eloquently communicate the perks of traveling with Club Wyndham.
Achieving set targets and KPIs will be part of your journey, with the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.What You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will be:Genuine passion for customer service and the local areaExcellent communicator with strong interpersonal skillsEnthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individualPrevious experience in face to face marketing or sales is highly desirableImmaculate presentation and professional grooming standardsHigh levels of computer literacyPrevious experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageousAbility to recognize and solve problems in the workplaceAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.How You'll Be RewardedBuild your career with a value driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
