Haileybury is seeking an experienced, innovative, and empathetic Head of Senior School (City) to lead our senior students and staff with a firm commitment to academic excellence and character formation.
Main Duties: Oversee the daily management of staff and students at the Senior School, ensuring high academic and pastoral standards.Build strong community connections by organising events, conducting student interviews, and coordinating parent engagement.Collaborate with senior leadership on academic programs, staff development, and student discipline, while addressing concerns with relevant stakeholders.Maintain school protocols, including student attendance, uniform standards, and facilitating student transitions between campuses.About Haileybury: Haileybury's vision is to be recognised as a great world school.
