We're dedicated to bringing the hospitality experience to our customers through our marketing, delivering personal touchpoints that show we care at every step of the marketing funnel.Born in Melbourne, Australia, we're expanding our reach into the US to assist our rapidly growing US customer base, with a mission to improve the lives of restaurant operators worldwide.The RoleWe're seeking a versatile Content Marketer to join our marketing team and be instrumental in our US expansion.
Reporting into our CMO, this role focuses on creating compelling creative content for our website, performance marketing and other channels, with a strong emphasis on video production and graphic design.
If you are a creative storyteller with a flair for design and video, and you're skilled in using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow and more, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging content for our website, performance marketing, and other channels.Create and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Design visually appealing graphics and assets using Figma/Illustrator, and Photoshop.Mock up and produce compelling case studies that showcase client success stories.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.Contribute to monthly A/B tests to optimise content performance.Assist in updating content on our website using Webflow.Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot.Work with the Dev Team to improve UX during the trial phase.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into content strategies.About You:2+ years of relevant experience in digital content creation, especially for web and social media.Ability to create and edit high-quality video content.Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Experience with Webflow and HubSpot is a plus.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance plans.401(K) with company match.Be an early team member at a rapidly growing scale-up at seed stage.Flexible working environment with options for remote work and flexible hours.Flexible Paid Time Off.Potential for ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan).Competitive salary with room for growth.Apply below to join our team and become a driving force behind the success of our hospitality industryHow to ApplyTo apply please submit your resume, cover letter and some examples of previous work to .
