We are now seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our next phase of growth and take the reins from the founders.
The Role As CEO, you will lead SBG through an exciting period of expansion and innovation, taking the company to new heights.
Reporting to the Board, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including strategy, operations, financial performance, and people leadership.
Your core focus will be on scaling the business, enhancing customer acquisition, and expanding our market share in the dynamic renewable energy sector.
You will be expected to:
Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to accelerate growth, particularly in the rapidly evolving energy disruption space.Operational Leadership: Ensure smooth operations across all business units, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.Strategic Vision: Lead long-term strategic planning and guide the company's diversification into new product lines.Financial Stewardship: Oversee the company's financial health, profitability, and capital investment strategies.Leadership & Culture: Foster a high-performance culture, supporting and developing a talented team across Australia.About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven Leadership Experience in B2C businesses, ideally working in a high transactional environment.A track record of leading high-growth businesses, with an ability to scale operations and increase market share.Strong financial acumen and experience with managing complex group P&Ls.Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt quickly to market trends and changing business conditions.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for leading and mentoring teams.Why Join Us?
