Position Summary:
Engage and inspire guests through each interaction from arrival to departure.
Securely park guest cars, deliver bags, and amenities in accordance with hotel policies.
Lead your bell team in general operational tasks whilst assisting other front office associates.
Provide motivation and support to the team as an empowering supervisor.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain all features & hotel offerings.
Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, reinforcing our commitment to wellness.
Build and strengthen relationships with guests, creating distinctive experiences.
Plan and execute team-building activities for associates.
Anticipate and complete all guest wellbeing requirements in a timely manner.
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
About You:
Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role.
