Graduate Civil Engineer- Construction ServicesWe are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, digital specialists and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors.
Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.
Our passionate and experienced team of civil engineers service the full life cycle of a project including feasibility advice, civil design, project management and construction consultancy services.

About the opportunity
Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and employee-owned company.
You'll get to:
Attend site inspectionsManage quality assurance processReview progress claims and monitor project financialsLearn and eventually manage contractual requirements and contract administrationStrengthen your communication skills through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councilsCollaborate and learn from our Civil Design and Landscape Architecture Teams through the delivery of our projectsAbout you

You'll come to us with:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, obtained within the last two yearsAn agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communicationPrevious experience in design, construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.Our Culture
