About the client:
My client is in Perth and has been operating in the commercial sector of air-conditioning and ventilation for 10 years.
They have grown rapidly in the last 5 years, and upper management has a solid 100 years of knowledge in mechanical services in commercial and industrial sectors.
They are a small 2nd tier organization that builds lasting relationships with a limited number of customers.
Qualifications & experience:
Minimum of five years post-apprenticeship experience in the air-conditioning trade, preferably with current site supervision experience.
At least 4 years of project management experience.
HVAC knowledge of commercial fit-out is a must.
Must have a sound knowledge and ability to operate computer systems including Excel, Word, Project, and other site-based platforms.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Mechanical Services PM commercial fit-out to take control of mechanical construction sites in and around the Perth Metro area.
We only do commercial and industrial mechanical works from small ventilation systems to multi-story aged care facilities.
Your knowledge and ability to successfully manage a team on-site from inception to completion is an important facet of the job.
Site coordination with builders, suppliers, and consultants, with the ability to organize and plan services.
