Client Services / Operations Executive

Our client is an innovative financial services provider specializing in alternative finance solutions. They offer tailored funding options to businesses, focusing on improving cash flow and working capital through flexible, tech-driven products. With a customer-centric approach, they helps businesses access quick and efficient financing to fuel growth and success.

Your new role and responsibilities

This is a full time permanent opportunity in their Sydney CBD office, to join their close-knit & rapidly growing team to assist in managing the day-to-day client services, payments, platform queries and onboarding. You'll collaborate with internal teams, oversee high-volume payments, and drive process improvements.
Operational delivery managing day to day payments and platform activtives
Internal stakeholder management to collaborate with the wider business across the globe
Payments processing and funding request execution
Onboarding KYC/AML and verification checks

What you'll bring
Prior experience within Financial Services within client-facing or operational roles
Problem solving and thinking outside the box
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to pick up new systems, processes and platforms
Client-centric mindset, always looking to deliver exceptional service
