The Opportunity: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified HV Electrician to join our team as a Product Support Advisor.
This permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company.
Working an 8/6 roster from the Goldfields, you will work as part of a team and drive the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet while keeping an impeccable safety record.
Main Responsibilities Organising and providing feedback on any reliability related issues or concerns regarding the large fleet of Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) mining equipment onsite.
Providing assistance to Service Personnel and Parts and Service Advisors as required, helping with parts and technical concerns.
Identify areas for improvement and work with the customer to address any shortcomings.
Escalate all issues to relevant teams in a timely manner.
Maintain open communication and good working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.
Ensure that all interactions with internal and external customers and stakeholders are professional and courteous, promoting Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.
To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant HV trade qualifications.
A desire for the next step in your HV career.
Previous experience in a leadership role with frontline operational experience (Desirable).
Working knowledge of planning and scheduling with the ability to deliver in tight timeframes.
Demonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment (highly regarded).
Good communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Safety focus and adherence to site safety processes.
