As a market leader in Germany, PropertyExpert is now set to expand its innovative services to Australia, with the aim of transforming the local insurance industry.
The Role
Your role as Country Manager, reporting to the CEO in Germany, will contain:
Assemble and nurture a team of professionals including sales managers, IT software developers, and construction specialistsFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the teamEstablish and maintain robust relationships within the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance sectorPropel business expansion through strategic sales initiativesCollaborate with key clients to deliver innovative and tailored solutionsAdapt and localize ideas and products sourced from various geographies to suit local market needsRegularly monitor and report on financial progress against budget, including providing frequent revenue and profit forecastsIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the marketCoordinate with global teams to align strategies and ensure consistency in goals and objectivesWhat you bring Proven leadership capabilities and sales expertiseTrack record in launching and expanding businessesSolid grasp of technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI)Industry knowledge from the insurance and/or construction sectorsExceptional communication abilitiesRobust analytical and problem-solving skillsHow to Apply
