Position: Ecommerce Coordinator Location: Derrimut, VIC We are looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join a dynamic Marketing team of a leading sports brand.
This role will focus on optimizing website and marketplace performance across Australia, the USA, the UK, and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the sporting or fashion industries, with specific expertise in Shopify and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain an engaging shopping experience across all e-commerce channels to drive sales.
Support product launches and promotions with compelling online content and SEO optimization.
Manage product photography assets for website and B2 B use.
Oversee daily operations of Shopify and Amazon stores, including product catalog updates and order fulfillment.
Ensure website content is current for all markets.
Coordinate product listings for B2 B portals to enhance usability.
Collaborate with sales channels for accurate product descriptions and pricing.
Handle online customer inquiries and reviews to maintain brand reputation.
Research and integrate relevant Shopify apps to meet sales targets.
Assist with CRM strategies and digital asset coordination for customer success.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and operations.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in e-commerce coordination or a related role.
Proven experience with Shopify and Amazon is essential.
Familiarity with other e-commerce tools is a plus.
Strong analytical abilities to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing and HTML coding is advantageous.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
