Sales and Marketing Coordinator – Tier 1 Construction Company Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 80,000 - 100,000
About Us WOW Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced administrator to support the sales and marketing function within a renowned Tier 1 contractor in the building industry.
With an outstanding reputation, you will have the opportunity to become a valued member of the team and gain invaluable experience supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Work for a Tier 1 Contractor Convenient Sydney CBD Location, modern offices Generous remuneration About You: 3+ years experience in a fast-paced administration role – ideally within the construction and property industry Must be proficient with Salesforce Efficient and reliable professional Well presented and familiar with a corporate environment Experience dealing with clients, sales teams, and contracts Exposure to supporting marketing teams Possess paralegal experience (contracts) – desirable but not essential Motivated and switched on with a friendly personality Background in construction, property, or real estate is highly desirable About the Role: Sales Administration including contracts and client relationships Attending marketing meetings, detailing minutes, and liaising with external marketing teams Utilisation of the CRM (Salesforce essential) for creation of new projects Preparing reports such as sales and commission reports Familiarisation with costs Maintain accurate data Office restocking and orders Contracts reviewing If this sounds like the opportunity for you, or if you would like more information, please contact Caitlin at .
