About the role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage a small team responsible for all daily accounting operations along with the ERP integration.
We are currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a particular focus on providing enhanced project management tools.
We're looking for someone who gets it—someone who sees the potential in using technology to elevate business systems and unlock efficiency.
This role is all about driving impact.
You'll be at the forefront of harnessing the power of the Microsoft 365 platform to boost productivity and streamline operations.
More than just crunching numbers, you'll use your accounting expertise, technical acumen, and communication skills to accelerate our business success.

About you

With a sharp eye for systems and the know-how to bring them to life, you'll play a leading role in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP integration, with a focus on enhancing project management tools.

Your Skills include:
A degree in accounting.
Minimum 3 years postgrad Australian accounting experience.
Prior experience in project financial management is highly desirable.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
The ability to confidently sit between finance, IT and operations.
The ability to guide a team and convey complex information clearly.
Technical proficiency in financial software platforms.
Strategic thinking for aligning systems with organisational goals.
