About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated team at Savi Communicators Allied Health Group Pty Ltd in Greater Western Sydney, NSW.
This is a part-time mobile position, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow in the field of speech therapy.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for a diverse range of clients.
Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to address clients' specific needs.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic, and high-quality care.
Maintaining thorough and accurate client documentation in line with professional standards.
Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up to date with evidence-based practices.
Providing therapy at schools, homes, and daycares to support clients in familiar environments.
What We're Looking For
A recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful rapport with clients and their families.
A commitment to evidence-based practice and a passion for delivering high-quality, client-centred care.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in clinical settings.
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for mobile sessions.
