What you will do We're looking for skilled mechanics and trades assistants to be part of our respected workshop.
We'll match your skills to the right role, whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out.
You'll work with leading brands like Volvo Trucks, Volvo Buses, Mack, and UD Trucks—some of Australia's top transport names.
Your future team This role will be based at our Volvo Commercial Vehicles Gold Coast dealership in Carrara, which forms part of the larger Volvo Group Australia umbrella.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the team of 23 workshop staff are made up of Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Apprentices, Service Advisors and Costing Clerks.

In this role, you will bring:
Mechanical qualification with experience in a commercial environment (for Mechanic roles only) Experience as a mechanical Trades Assistant in a commercial environment (TA roles only) Experience working on trucks and/or buses Some exposure to light auto-electrical work would be advantageous A pro-active attitude with a drive to work efficiently A positive safety attitude with a team-focused mindset What's in it for you?
