Your Role as Front Office Coordinator
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, making a lasting impression and ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Greeting and Assisting Patients : Create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.
Appointment Scheduling : Efficiently manage the appointment calendar to meet patients' needs and support clinic flow.
Handling Inquiries : Answer phone calls, emails, and questions in a friendly, professional manner.
Patient Education : Explain dental procedures, treatment plans, and payment options clearly and compassionately.
Billing and Payments : Process payments, manage insurance claims, and handle basic financial transactions.
Team Support : Assist the Dentists and clinical team by coordinating treatment plans and follow-ups.
Converting Leads : Support the conversion of new inquiries into long-term patients by delivering exceptional service.
What We're Looking For :
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn — no prior Dental experience is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to connect with patients and colleagues professionally.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new systems and software.
A team player who is reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic.
