Founded in 2015, the Partners joined forces to create a dynamic and relationship-driven practice, with innovation and technology at the forefront of their processes.
The firm provides core services to their clients including accounting & tax compliance, management accounting and BAS, SMSF Compliance, structuring advice, taxation advisory and management reporting.
They work across a very diverse range of clientele, including professionals, executives, corporations, family offices etc.
Your role will involve leading a team to effectively deliver the needs of a portfolio of clients and ensuring KPIs are met.
It will also involve managing the relationships of a portfolio of clients ensuring their entire financial needs are profitably delivered.
They are a contemporary and flexible firm and as such, the majority of the team do some degree of working from home each week, generally a maximum of 2 days per week, pending client and team meetings.
They also have a very achievable bonus structure in place on a quarterly and yearly basis.
The ideal candidate: 5+ years experience in public practice accounting, specifically in business services/taxationExperience reviewing, mentoring and training junior colleaguesHigh-level communication and interpersonal abilitiesConfidence in managing client relationshipsA genuine interest in progressing your career, and providing the highest level of service to the firm's clientelePossess the ability to use initiative and think outside of the box#J-18808-Ljbffr
