About the Role
As Manager, you will:
Lead campus master planning, urban design, and sustainability initiatives across all La Trobe campuses.Shape strategic planning and policy development in alignment with the University's long-term goals.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to deliver innovative solutions.Provide leadership to the Sustainability and Campus Planning team, supervising staff and driving high-performance culture.Ensure compliance with planning legislation and implement policies that promote sustainability and best practices.What We're Looking For Tertiary qualification in urban planning, urban design, architecture, or a related discipline, with significant experience in strategic planning.Demonstrated success in delivering major planning projects focused on sustainability, land use, transport, and built environments.Extensive knowledge of Victorian Planning Provisions and related statutory processes.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and motivate diverse stakeholders.Proven leadership capabilities and commitment to continuous improvement.Why Join Us?
