Senior Architect – Dynamics 365 CRM & Power PlatformLocation: PerthThis is a hybrid opportunity where you will require to work in our Perth office or on client-site a few days a week or as arranged with your manager.About the roleThe Practice Lead for this role is Christopher Scolt. Based in Perth, Chris leads the Business Applications team in our Western Region and is passionate about fostering team spirit and enabling team members to reach their potential through learning and development. The Business Applications team is focused on providing services and delivering solutions based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.As a Senior Architect, Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform with Insight, you will own and drive challenging projects and work with customers to understand functional and business requirements and design appropriate solutions. We will count on you to be an SME for strategic client opportunities and provide leadership and technical support to your teammates.As a hands-on Senior Architect you will get to be:Assisting with developing new solution offerings, including training plans and sales enablementResearching and evaluating client systems and architecture; drawing conclusions; and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectivesDiscussing project scope and budget with the customer and directing project scope to be able to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing qualityActing as a team lead on large engagements taking ownership of the project outcome and qualityIdentifying and resolving project issues with clientsWriting proposal components or letters of understanding, as needed, and responding to RFPs and other marketing situationsWorking with internal personnel to define service opportunities, and develop standards of delivery, templates, and standard work products to meet internal and external delivery expectationsLeading identification of business and technical requirementsImplementing technologies and solutions based on designsPlanning own and team's work to meet given objectives and processesDemonstrating analytical and systematic approach to problem solving and mentoring team members to follow this approachWe are looking for a Senior Architect with the following capabilities:Consultative:Demonstrable experience architecting, designing, and implementing advanced technical solutionsWork with our customers to understand functional and business requirements and make appropriate technology recommendationsStrong ability to cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers in order to develop and share understanding of technology roadmapsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise mannerHighly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgementProven ability to develop technical requirements based on business imperativesAbility to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer visionUnderstanding of project budgets, financials, and commercialsAbility to manage and mentor other team membersAbility to interface effectively with client executives in a professional and business-like mannerDeliver strategic consultancy services including enterprise maturity assessments, roadmaps and technology platform evaluations.Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships, including representing Insight at conferences, User Groups and other marketing/PR activities as appropriatePrevious consulting/professional services experience is requiredTechnical:Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party ApplicationsExpert level understanding and hands-on experience with Power Automate and Canvas Apps.Working knowledge with hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pages and AI BuilderExperience with complex CRM configuration and customisation including integration and data migration.Experience in Dynamics CRM functional consultingBest practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle ManagementExperience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence ToolkitWhat you can expect:Dedicated career pathways and developmentPeer recognition and the opportunity to join our President's ClubVolunteer Leave and Work Life Balance daysWork-From-Anywhere Program for up to 4 weeks per yearEmployee Stock Purchase PlanBut what really sets us apart are our core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony, which guide everything we do, from building relationships with teammates, partners, and clients to making a positive impact in our communities.Join us today, your ambITious journey starts here.
