We are seeking a compassionate and relationship-driven Health and Safety Coordinator based in Perth, WA, to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the role

As Health and Safety Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, clients, and employees across Western Australia. Your role is pivotal in creating an environment where people feel secure, cared for, and can thrive. You will build relationships with key stakeholders across our residential homes and in our corporate office, being a front-facing advocate for health & safety practices.

Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, collaborating with management to foster a culture of safety excellence, as well as when providing hands-on training and guidance to our dedicated staff on safety best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

Cert IV in Work, Health & Safety (or similar)
Professional experience in Work Health & Safety, or a related field
Proven experience in a front-facing WH&S role
Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people, and excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Drivers' licence and own vehicle
Influenza vaccination
Full working rights in Australia
