Social Worker - Senior (Domestic and Family Violence)The Office of the Executive Director of Allied Health is looking for a Senior Social Worker (Domestic and Family Violence) to join their team.
The purpose of this role is to design and deliver trauma-informed domestic and family violence education and training to the frontline health workforce across Metro South Health (MSH) to enable implementation of the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Specialist Health Workforce Program.We are the major public healthcare provider for Brisbane's south side, Logan, Redlands, and the Scenic Rim.

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for our people and our community.About the RoleDesign, develop, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based, high-quality, and contemporary education to all frontline health workers and clinical staff across MSH under the guidance of the Social Worker Advanced (Domestic and Family Violence).Collaborate on and support the Social Worker Advanced (Domestic and Family Violence) to identify, analyse, and develop a plan for increasing the capability of frontline health workers and clinical staff in responding to DFV using contemporary models of education and training.Assist in the reporting of training and education deliverables for MSH that supports a program of reform in line with the DFV Specialist Health Workforce Program performance.Collaborate with other roles which interface with DFV within MSH and across the state in pursuing excellence in training and education deliverables aligned to the reform agenda.Act as a reference point with the DFV team and respond to the needs of the MSH workforce.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement, and Excellence shape our culture within Metro South Health.
