About the Role Rydges North Sydney is looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Supervisor to lead our team and provide a memorable and positive customer experience.
You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, monitor guest sentiment, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and manage the F&B team to ensure high standards of service.Manage daily operations including setup, serving, and maintaining service areas.Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.Track and manage stock levels of supplies, including proper storage of products.Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Mandatory to have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Food and Beverage Supervisor?Do you have customer service experience?Do you hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate?Welcome to Rydges.
