Information you must provideEssential QualificationsEducation:A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
Occupational Certification:Journeyman with red seal trade certificate (welder, machinist, millwright or equivalent) ORCertificate of competency as a Marine Engineering Officer, 4th Class.
Experience:Experience working on industrial construction or mechanical projects as tradesperson ORExperience repairing and maintaining machinery aboard various types of ships.
Other QualificationsExperience:Experience in the repair and maintenance of small diesel engines and outboard engines.Experience working in a Machine Shop.
Assessment CriteriaKnowledge:Department of Labor and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
