Join Sunwater as a Stakeholder Relations Advisor for a 12-month parental leave cover and work collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure Sunwater has the capability to effectively foster supportive stakeholder relationships.
As the Stakeholder Relations Advisor (North and South regions), you will:
Act as key advisor on several projects, providing strategic and tactical support across regional Queensland.Plan and execute stakeholder and customer-related projects using current and leading practice methods to produce meaningful data and new insights.Develop and embed effective engagement tools and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality of stakeholder and customer interactions.We are seeking a talented individual with proven experience in a similar role with the ability to execute impactful stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Holding tertiary qualifications in communication, public relations or a related discipline, you will also have experience facilitating workshops and community meetings with the ability to manage competing priorities in an evolving environment.
You will also bring:
Stakeholder Relations expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing stakeholders, relationships, and conflict resolution.Influencing: Highly developed negotiation skills with the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to influence positive outcomes.Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality written and oral reports, plans, and presentations for a range of audiences.This role offers an attractive base salary, 12.75% superannuation, and a genuine emphasis on work/life balance, ensuring you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work.
Please note that due to the nature of this role, there will be travel to Sunwater regional facilities (usually 1 – 2 nights per month).
