About the Role As a Sous Chef in our team, you will be assisting the Head Chef and Client Services Team Leader in a variety of functional tasks and responsibilities set out below:
Preparation of food and meals for a wide variety of functions Assist with menu planning, ordering and stock control Clean and maintain kitchen and equipment to comply with health and safety standards Assist in unpacking and shelving deliveries Participate in staff meetings to discuss areas of activity, concern and general feedback Adhere to all firm policies and procedures such as confidentiality, OH&S Ability to supervise and perform role of the Head Chef Team Leader in their absence More About You We welcome applicants who have:
