Trading Systems Project ManagerSusquehanna International Group, Sydney, AustraliaOverviewAs a Trading Systems Project Manager / Business Analyst at Susquehanna, you will work directly with developers, technology managers, traders, and business domain experts to help drive large technology projects for one of the core businesses within our firm.
This multi-faceted role involves supporting Trading Systems projects in various ways, both as a project manager and as a business analyst.
You will coordinate and manage projects from concept to go-live, guiding and supporting teams through the entire project life cycle.What you can expect from us:Real Impact: By integrating sophisticated coding techniques with innovative engineering ideas, we design and optimize systems that can process massive amounts of data while ensuring high performance and stability.

We're looking for people who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and have the desire to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.Role / Responsibilities:Drive the delivery of trading systems projects that cross regions, teams, and domains.Partner with global teams to deliver projects for the Asian Trading businesses.What we're looking for:Strong knowledge and experience with large and complex trading systems.Strong knowledge of Options or other Derivatives products.Accomplished collaborator who can work across business teams and assess, understand, implement, and provide guidance on requirements.Great communicator who effectively reports on project status to all levels of staff and management regularly to increase project transparency.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand and assess probabilistic outcomes to manage risk.Ability to evaluate project requirements and objectively analyze them to choose appropriate strategies, tools, and project management methodologies.Curious with a desire to understand, analyze, diagram, and describe complex distributed systems, processes, and high-level data flows.Flexibility to take on projects at short notice and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.Able to adapt in a changeable environment and familiar with agile methodologies.Qualification requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering trading systems.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis (BA), Project Management (PM), or BA/PM role in an IT environment managing SDLC projects.Bachelor's degree or similar experience level in a technical discipline.About SIG:SIG is a global quantitative trading firm founded by a group of friends who share a passion for game theory and probabilistic thinking.
