3-month Customer Service Officer opportunity to work for a large council in the Eastern suburbs | January the 13th Start
Previous contact centre experience essential Represent a Local Government authority providing excellent service to members of the community January the 13th Start | 3-month temporary opportunity |Full time hours | To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident You will be working in a council located in the Eastern suburbs.
You will work as a team toundertake frontline call centre and cashiering/administrative tasks in order to achieve the delivery of effective and quality Customer Service across Council.
You will be responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information to members of the public via telephone and email Supporting and maintaining a positive image of the Council to members of the publicthrough professional standards of personal presentation and through the provision of services/advice in a courteous and efficient manner.
Delivering service to a high-volume call centre while contributing to the Key Performance Indicators required.
To be successful you will have:
Experience in both face-to-face and high-volume telephone customer services Demonstrated experience within a call centre environment including experience in using a customer management or request tracking application.
Experience working in an administrative environment with a strong customer and team focus Great communication skills, written and verbal Language other than English will be an advantage Positive and proactive attitude towards work To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Benefits
