Fremantle and Hillarys Boat Harbours are significant tourist attractions within Western Australia attracting thousands of visitors each year.
They are two of DoT's largest boat harbours servicing the commercial and recreational boating industry with a combined total of over 600 pens and 107 leases as well as various open public spaces.
We are seeking 2 x experienced Harbour Managers to join our Maritime team and oversee the operations of these facilities. As the Harbour Manager you are responsible for the management of the human, physical, financial and operational functions of the boat harbour, ensuring performance is meeting the needs of the business and those of relevant stakeholders.
Assisting the Manager Facilities Operations, you will also be responsible for establishing the strategic framework for management of assets and the development and implementation of maintenance, business, contingency and environmental plans.
Your strong financial management skills along with your ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels will be a valuable asset to this role.
