We are seeking a seasoned Operations and Quality Advisor to drive organisation-wide solutions that optimise processes, improve efficiency, and align with our mission of delivering high-quality care.
In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing improvements that elevate operational efficiency and support our commitment to excellence.
Your work will ensure that these enhancements translate into superior care experiences for consumers.
Job Description Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Introduce and implement innovative technology solutions, including automation tools, to enhance operational performance.Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover and act on opportunities for greater efficiency.Drive initiatives that align operational improvements with Trilogy Care's quality and consumer satisfaction goals.Lead change management projects, ensuring seamless implementation and lasting impact.Analyse performance data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform strategic decisions.Compile and present comprehensive reports detailing the progress and impact of efficiency initiatives.What You'll Bring Efficiency Mindset: A proven ability to propose and implement initiatives that streamline operations and deliver measurable results.Collaboration Skills: A strong team player who works seamlessly across departments to understand needs and champion improvements.Training Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating training programs to promote the effective adoption of new processes and technologies.Change Leadership: A track record of successfully managing change projects with minimal disruption while achieving sustained benefits.Analytical Approach: Proficient in data analysis to inform decisions and prioritise initiatives.Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar operational role.
• Experience in aged care operations, particularly home care, is advantageous.
