We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join the headspace Esperance team
About the Opportunity  The receptionist is responsible for a wide range of general administration reception duties in the headspace Esperance office.

Requirements of the Role:  Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to young people, and their family, friends, and carers.
Provide administration support to the headspace Esperance team Provide assistance with events.
Make client appointments with headspace staff and on-site consortium partners.
Collect, record and distribute incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
Receive, redirect, and respond to emails and phone calls.
Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies and sundries, and ensure there is sufficient stock.
Prepare documents including filing-, photocopying, binding, laminating, and shredding.

Prior experience of working in a youth and or/mental health/ counselling service Prior experience working in an administrative role.
Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa, satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months), Working With Children card, Current C or A class driver's license, and suitable referee.
