Senior Conveyancer

Our client is looking for a Conveyancer to join our dynamic and growing team with offices in Ballarat, Daylesford, Castlemaine and Beaufort.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer (5+ years) to join our client's team and to become an integral part of the ever-expanding business.
This opportunity will provide the right candidate with a chance to work with a close-knit team, with reward for effort at the core of our ethos.
The RoleThe role will include:
Running files, both alone and in conjunction with the senior property law team, from our conveyancing & broader Property Law portfolio, including complex farm transactions and multiple lot developments resulting in over 500 transactions per yearDrafting and preparation of documentsData entry and time-sheet entryLiaising with clients and external stakeholders via phone, letter, email, and in personPEXA management & settlement sign offRequirementsTo succeed with your application, you will:
Have exceptional organisational skills, show initiative, and have impeccable attention to detailBe a team player, with an ability to work both autonomously, and as part of the groupHave a "can do" attitude, and a good sense of humourPossess sound knowledge of the full Microsoft SuiteExperience in industry and particularly in using PEXA & Duties Online is essential and Smokeball Legal Practice Management System, or similar, will be highly regardedWhat's on offerA fantastic opportunity to join a growing law firm
