The successful applicant will be willing and able to: be committed to the ethos and values of Catholic education (accreditation to teach Religious Education highly desirable) demonstrate EAL-informed practice be familiar with Discovery/Investigations based pedagogies include student voice in learning experiences demonstrate a broad understanding of how to differentiate learning opportunities in order to cater for the full spectrum of student learning and wellbeing needs commit to the philosophies of positive behaviour for learning and restorative justice be open to ongoing learning and development be enthusiastic, motivated and team orientated go the extra mile for children and their families work in partnership with families and the broader community put social justice into action.
