For more than 13 years, we've partnered with some of Australia's top brands to create innovative, human-centred digital solutions.Job DescriptionAs a Solutions Architect at Bilue, you'll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You'll focus on greenfield solution discovery, technical documentation, and leveraging cloud-native backend services to create scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management:Collaborate with senior business leaders, product managers, designers, and business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions, facilitating alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ensure stakeholder expectations are met through clear communication and aligned deliverables.Lead the discovery and design of greenfield solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solution designs that address business needs.Drive the adoption of architectural best practices and ensure alignment with organisational technology strategies.Technical Documentation:Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.Ensure documentation is accessible and clear for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Conduct governance reviews to ensure compliance with standards and policies.Third-Party Vendor Management:Facilitate engagement and management of third-party vendors and technology partners.Technology Leadership:Design and implement solutions using Azure or AWS backend services for optimal scalability and reliability.Provide guidance on Native iOS and Android application integration with backend services.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying insights to guide innovation.QualificationsAbout You7 years+ of experience in solution architectureA technical leader who thrives on developing and maintaining innovative digital products.Deep understanding of microservices, API design, and security best practices.Strong experience in cloud native backend development across Azure and AWSStrong understanding of client facing digital channels e.g. mobile and web, web portals.Expertise in stakeholder management, facilitating alignment across technical and non-technical teams.Experience working in a consulting environment developing digital products/solutions for clients.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional InformationLife at BilueClient-focused: We are dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients while supporting each other to achieve collective success.Flexible work: We offer 1-2 days per week in the office, balancing flexibility with the expectation that you'll go the extra mile for our clients when needed.Professional development: We're committed to your personal and professional growth, offering continuous learning through Go1 (which provides unlimited access to a wide range of courses), along with support from our dedicated internal performance coach.Annual events: We organise annual events to foster in-person connection and team collaboration.Flat structure: We operate with a flat structure, where our casual, approachable executive leadership team (ELT) ensures everyone's voice is heard.Internal communities: We build and nurture internal communities for knowledge sharing and collaboration, keeping everyone connected and informed.Bilue = Big + Blue Ocean.
