We're a young team looking to showcase our Australian offering globally, and we'd love for you to join us.The roleAs July's Retail Manager, you'll be at the forefront of startup life, getting hands-on experience in building a global company from a very early stage. Your role will be one of the most important we have; how the July brand and product is executed in the Sydney market, how all retail operations and actions elevate the brand experience for the store.Managing and informing the team in your store, with new product launches, rosters, inventory, and events. This is a role for someone who's looking to take our retail experiences to the next level through event engagement and customer-driven ideas. We want you to take ownership of offline retail and turn it into a revenue and experience powerhouse.This role reports to James Mission, our Victoria retail manager, working closely with Zhoe, our General Manager, and Founders, Richard Li and Athan Didaskalou.We are a dynamic, driven, and independent team, with a high attention to detail.
