Adaptalift looks after customer and company-owned equipment and provides breakdown services, fault finding and preventive and routine maintenance services on this equipment across the western and northern Melbourne area. We are seeking a Heavy Diesel Mechanic / HD Fitter with experience working on heavy equipment, mobile plant, access equipment or similar to join our team in Victoria (Truganina). What's in it for you? Fault finding, troubleshooting & problem-solving breakdownsUndertaking scheduled maintenance and servicingUtilising your technical skills to problem solveVisiting our customers on their sites, providing a high-quality & safe serviceCollaborating with your team on large overhauls and commissionsHere's what it takes: Solid experience working as a Diesel Mechanic or HD Fitter within the Heavy Equipment industry (Transport, Construction, Agricultural Machinery or Mining)Solid background in servicing, diagnostics and hydraulicsAbility to carry out a physical role with a strong mechanical aptitude.A strong commitment to safe work practices and good communication skillsYou hold a current Driver LicenceMechanical Trade Qualification such as Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or similarFull working rights in AustraliaAbility to undergo apre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screeningIf this opportunity interests you, then APPLY NOW by clicking the link below.
