As a Senior Consultant, you will support organisations on their journey to become high-performing by:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations to address their business challenges.Working alongside leaders to help them make the shift from traditional to modern leadership.Supporting teams to thrive with a growth mindset in adaptive ways of working.Helping organisations reframe work.Embedding new practices to amplify the value from adaptive ways of working.Building capability in our clients to help them become self-reliant.Analysing and improving organisational structures and co-creating new habits that reinforce new ways of thinking and working.Providing thought leadership on modern, adaptive ways of working.What you'll do: You will be a key part of and lead a team of consultants to solve complex client challenges and build high-performing organisations.
This requires having a strong sense of business acumen alongside deep expertise and experience in modern leadership and ways of working.
The role involves leading and managing transformational delivery including teaching, coaching and mentoring senior leaders and their teams.
This often involves leading teams from launch through growth, and reaching high performance.
You will also work with leaders and executives to help them reframe their thinking.

Experience Proven experience in designing and implementing new and modern organisational operating models.Proven experience in implementing modern ways of working and improvement methodologies, such as Agile and Lean methodologies and principles.Proven track record in leading teams or leading delivery of change initiatives.Ability to coach and mentor leaders and teams through organisational changes.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Radically?
