This could be the role for you
Our small team of arboriculture schedulers works in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for clear communicators with interpersonal skills, keen to collaborate, utilizing their skills in process improvement and problem-solving, as well as a passion for data and reporting in operational systems.Currently located at South Regional Business Centre in Yeerongpilly, with a possibility of working at other sites in the future and options to work from home to meet business requirements.We work in SAP Asset and Works Management to schedule and track planned and reactive arboriculture works throughout Brisbane.
The team works closely with the Scheduling Manager and Arboriculture Technical Team to ensure works are scheduled and delivered successfully on time and within budget in line with current processes.Your skills in SAP will be highly regarded, as will your ability to liaise with contractors, operational staff, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of work.To be successful you will have:Proven ability to develop work programs and schedules under pressureExceptional time management and prioritization skillsAbility to monitor, track, and report on daily program of operational worksAbility to rapidly acquire knowledge in and successfully utilize systems including SAPAbility to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersSome knowledge of arboriculture terminology and current use of SAP is desirable.Benefits of working for Council include:Flexible working hours and arrangementsFree gym and wellness centreAward-winning superannuation fundGenerous leave provisionsCompetitive salary.How to apply: Click on the 'I'm interested' button to complete your online application.
