Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery timelines.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key logistics partners to negotiate contracts and optimize service levels.
Troubleshoot logistics challenges, resolve delivery issues, and implement effective solutions.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and achieve operational targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, align inventory needs, and support production schedules.
Implement and maintain systems for tracking shipments, inventory, and overall logistics performance.
Drive sustainability initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and minimize transportation costs.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the food or FMCG industries.
They will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a track record of optimizing processes and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential, as is proficiency with logistics systems and data analysis tools.
