With a strong commitment to quality and excellence, we have successfully completed numerous projects, shutdowns, and maintenance contracts over the past 12 years.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager with expertise in insulation and sheet metal to join our team.
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of insulation and sheet metal projects and contracts from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of these specialized projects, managing budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the insulation and sheet metal field, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects.
Responsibilities: Plan and manage insulation and sheet metal projects from conception to completion.Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules tailored to specialized field requirements.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Monitor project progress and enforce compliance with safety regulations specific to insulation and sheet metal work.Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.Maintain a safe and secure work environment, emphasizing safety practices in insulation and sheet metal handling.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on insulation and sheet metal projects.Strong knowledge of insulation and sheet metal methods, materials, and industry regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple specialized projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software.PMP certification is a plus.Benefits: Paid time offProfessional development opportunitiesHow to Apply: Please send your resume and cover letter to .
