About the role
AJ Demolito is seeking a Casual Truck Driver who holds a HC driver's licence to join our dynamic team ASAP in Adelaide, SA.
As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting our road transport, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials.
What you'll be doing

Operate a range of heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in a safe and responsible manner
Load and unload vehicles
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and delivery details
Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Assist with general site duties as required

What we're looking for

Valid heavy rigid or heavy combination vehicle licence (HC License)
Minimum 1 year experience operating heavy vehicles in a commercial or industrial setting
Strong understanding of road safety and defensive driving techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace health and safety
