The Company produces 110koz of gold annually from two operations – the Plutonic Gold Mine in WA & the Henty Gold Mine in Australia. It also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo.The Company plans to bring four new mining areas at Plutonic into production over the next 12 to 18 months, growing Group production to 200koz of gold.Catalyst Metals Limited is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX code: CYL).Some Perks of the role:A permanent full-time position.Attractive salary packagePlus, many more benefitsThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement processes, with specific experience using Pronto ERP software. Your responsibilities will include converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders, and cross-checking line items against invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be based in our Perth head office (Monday to Friday), working closely with various team members to support day-to-day operations.Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Processing purchase requisitions in line with company purchasing procedures and policiesRaising and investigating invoices for any discrepanciesMaintaining accurate supplier records using Pronto ERPProviding effective customer service by offering up-to-date information and advice to internal stakeholdersResponding to vendor invoice queries and addressing other financial questions as requiredThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in procurement, finance, or accounts receivableIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelKnowledge of Pronto system is essentialExcellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesThis is your opportunity to be a part of a dynamic mining company, where you can utilise your skills and experience in making an impact in the future growth of the organisation.If you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
