APM Transition to Work program is now seeking anyone interested in making a real difference to the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Bega, NSW office.
As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment, and providing solutions-focused approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
Secure a start and be on the road for a successful and meaningful change to you and our participants.

You're great at building relationships and working with key stakeholders to maximize job opportunities for everyone.
You'll also enjoy helping colleagues so we can achieve great results and make a difference together.
Am I suited? We welcome those from various backgrounds, including previous experience in Youth & Family Services, Community Services, and Employment Services.
You will have a strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community.
