Hey You We have an exciting new opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join genU.
In this role, you'll take the lead in conducting thorough initial assessments and crafting personalized exercise programs.
You'll monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure each individual receives top-notch, person-centered care that delivers optimal outcomes.
Your work will span various sites across the vibrant South East Melbourne employment region.
You'll play a pivotal role in empowering job seekers to achieve their goals through holistic healthcare, lifestyle modifications, and vocational guidance.

As the Physiotherapist, you will: Utilise a client-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative method, offering one-on-one and group support for those with physical health and wellbeing concerns.
Conduct various assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, musculoskeletal and fitness assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
Prescribe clinical exercise focused on work conditioning and strengthening, along with delivering psycho-educational and manual handling training.
Recommend modifications in the workplace tailored to client and employer needs to enhance productivity and minimize injury risks.
Provide face-to-face, telephone, and web-based interventions, continuously monitor client health and progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping within specified standards.

Our ideal Physical Health & Wellbeing Consultant will have: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
You will need the following prior commencement:
