Physio Inq Engadine and Physio Inq Sutherland are local family-owned allied health clinics within the Physio Inq wider network, currently seeking a permanent full-time or part-time Private Practice Physiotherapist to join our team. We encourage work/life balance and provide flexibility around your shifts Monday-Friday. This role is for an Associate Therapist just starting in their career and looking to grow, or a new graduate. There is the potential to develop in a structured way towards Senior and manager roles. It is Monday-Friday only.
What you'll do
Work in an in-clinic MSK capacity, providing assessment, treatment and rehab to our wide variety of clients, including those funded privately, through Medicare, Veterans Affairs, Work Cover, and CTP. Receive clinical support from senior therapists and the clinic owner to grow your knowledge, skills, and confidence. Collaborate with other members of our team including Exercise Physiologists, Remedial Massage Therapists, and Client Relationship Managers to support our clients' needs and make a real difference. Assist in building relationships with the local community network, including sports clubs, gyms, local doctors and surgeons, and other businesses to help build your own client base and area of interest. Liaise with your manager to work towards your career goals in a structured way. What you need
Passion and the drive to make a difference. Strong interpersonal skills, i.e., a great communicator and 'people person' among your clients and team. Keen critical thinking skills to create personal treatment plans. Full of initiative & enthusiasm. Learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perceptions. What we offer
