Spectra Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a global industry leader to offer an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Fitter position in Eagle Farm, QLD.
This role begins on a casual basis with the potential to become permanent.The Field Service Fitter is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of screens for water treatment plants and Oil&Gas plants.
This role requires travel to various customer sites, providing technical support and ensuring optimal performance of our products.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair at customer sites.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.Provide technical support and training to customers.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Document all service activities, including detailed reports on work performed and parts used.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in the service vehicle.Collaborate with the service team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Proven experience as a fitter or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.Benefits:$52PH + allowances ($75 per day domestic allowance, $100 per day International allowance)Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Company vehicle and tools provided.Supportive and dynamic work environment.If you believe you have the experience, ability, and skills to excel in this role, please click 'Apply for this Job' now to submit your application.
